Upgrades are available to licensed users of previous versions of Mediafour software.
In order to purchase an upgrade at the discounted upgrade price you will need to verify your previous software purchase with a product serial number.
To find your serial number:
Click Start > All Programs > [Product Name] > About [Product Name] > Support Information
or
Click Start > Control Panel > [Product Name] > About [Product Name] > Support Information
Your serial number will appear in the top section of the Support Information window, as seen below.
Entering your serial number does not obligate you to purchase, but will put the upgrade in your shopping cart, and qualify you to purchase the upgrade. Upgrades are only available for download. If you would like a CD-ROM, you can add a "Backup CD by Mail" from the shopping cart.
